The patients also complained about weakness, swollen legs, enlarged abdomen, and blood-tinged cough. patient appeared weak blood pressure 80/50 mmHg grade III/IV systolic diastolic murmurs were found. Transthoracic echocardiography pathology evaluation conclude myxoma. diagnosed LA myxoma an obstructive shock, right ventricular (RV) dysfunction pulmonary hypertension, thus surgical approach done immediately to prevent embolism sudden death.
